I did something today I've never done before – I walked out of a doctor’s office before I was called for my appointment. I’m not real fond of waiting, and after a half hour watching everyone around me be called to go back I was getting a bad feeling. Even though I had seen this doctor only four years ago my records were in storage and I had to be treated (and pay) as a new patient. So I thought what’s the point? I can go to any GP as my primary doctor; so why should I drive all the way down here to sit in an office with a bunch of sick people to have an annual exam when there is nothing wrong?
