Just a quickie tonight...I made a yummy sauce for fish from the Clock Wise Cuisine book tonight. I can recommend it without any qualms.
Mustard Sauce For Fish
unforgettable - a little goes a long way
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. horseradish
2 tsp. dry mustard
Blend them all together. Makes approx. 1 1/4 cups.
Full disclosure; I used Dijon mustard and cut the recipe in half, and it was still great!
